What information do we collect when you register?

Vacancy email alerts

To utilise our vacancy email alerts service (Job alert), you will be required to register. The information collected is used for the purpose of keeping you informed by email of the latest jobs that match the search criteria you have selected.

Candidate registration

Curriculum vitae ("CV")

We give you the option of registering with us and submitting your CV via this website. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration for positions as they come up. Your CV will not be stored on our website; your CV will be emailed directly to our consultants who will process your application and enter your details onto our secure in-house database accessible only by ADEO’s consultants. Your full CV will not be sent to prospective clients without your consent; however we may send an extract of your CV, regarding your skills and experience without prior approval.

You have the right at any time to ask us for a copy of the information supplied by you that we hold. We have the right to charge a small fee for this service. You also have the right to ask ADEO to stop using your information.

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us by updating your profile.

Client registration

Our clients have the option to register their company details with us.  Your details will not be stored on our website; they will be emailed directly to our consultants who will process your requirement, your details will be transferred onto our secure in-house database accessible only by ADEO’s consultants.

Marketing

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising. We will only send you information we believe will be of interest to you; however you can change your preferences on your profile or opt out at any time.

You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by contacting us at any time.

Where you opt out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to us following a service purchase, or other transactions
